We offer a variety of show formats to suit most events and venues, and we are also happy to customise our show to meet your specific needs.
Corporate Events
We offer a more a more sophisticated and customised experience for business functions, fundraisers and corporate celebrations seeking a premium show.
This includes:
- multiple attire options (semi-formal, cocktail etc.)
- customised lighting design to match the event's theme
- inclusion of requested or event-specific songs
- early setup prior to the event to minimise disruption
- flexible finish times (encore options)
The price for a 4-hour show is based on the level of customisation and overall duration, but will be in the range of $1500-$2000. Concessions will be made for charity or community events.
Weddings
We know that weddings are one of the most important events in a couple's life. As a result, we offer a fully customised experience for each wedding.
This includes:
- flexible music packages including an acoustic duo for the ceremony and canapes, and full band for dinner and dance floor periods.
- customised songs for aisle walk, cake cutting, first dance and entry / exit.
- Free use of band microphone / PA for speeches
- early setup prior to the event to minimise disruption
- customised lighting design to suit your wedding décor
Price will be based on the level of customisation and duration, but will be in the range of $2500-$3000.
Live Music Venues
We have experience performing in hotels, bars, beer gardens, and large multi-purpose clubs. We will select an assortment of suitable music from our repertoire to meet the needs and requests of each venue.
The price for a 4-hour show is approximately $1250 as per industry standards. Concessions may be made for smaller or emerging venues.
Private Events
To help people celebrate their special private events at a cost-effective price, we offer a streamlined show suited specifically for private birthday parties, anniversaries and similar events. This can be at private residences or hired venues.
We will provide a customised set list and lighting to suit your event based upon our experience and your description. Our PA / microphone is available for you to do speeches, as well as a band performance of "Happy Birthday", or the Frozen theme for the smallest children.
The price for a 4-hour show is approximately $1250.
Our Requirements
Maddi and The Dreamers offer an all-inclusive package including all PA equipment, lighting and insurances. To support us, please ensure that you have a flat undercover stage area that is a minimum of 5.5m wide and 3.5m deep with at least two standard power outlets on mains power. We can also integrate with any existing house equipment as needed for corporate functions or live venues.
Please note - venues that require travel greater than 150km from Brisbane CBD will attract a travel surcharge. Regional venues will be expected to provide accommodation or else this will be charged back at cost.
